Lillian Labrie

Lillian Anne (Fortier) LaBrie, 92, of Tiverton, died Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at Saint Anne Hospital, Fall River after a short illness. She was the wife of the late Alfred C. LaBrie. Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Joseph H. and Mary-Ann (Lucas) Fortier, she lived in Tiverton since 1953. She was a communicant of Holy Ghost Church, Tiverton, and was an honorary member of the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of Holy Ghost Parish. Mrs. LaBrie was a charter member of the AARP, Portsmouth Chapter 2960 and past president of the Tiverton Senior Club. She was a member of the Tiverton Senior Center also. Survivors include a sister, Aldea F. LeComte of Portsmouth and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Jeanne Cote, Hervey, Leo, Henry and Albert Fortier, Pauline Murphy, Lorraine Galuska and Claire Sousa. Her funeral will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at 8:30 from AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 S. Main St. Fall River, with a mass in Holy Ghost Church, Judson St. Tiverton at 9 AM. Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours prior to funeral Tuesday, December 27 from 7:30 to 8:30 AM. Large parking area and barrier-free entrance to rear of funeral home.
