Leo Roy, 82, of Fall River, formerly of Swansea and Maine, husband of Pauline (Quinlan) Roy, died Monday, June 23, 2008.
A Marine Corps veteran of WW II, he was a Fall River Firefighter for over 30 years.
Besides his wife of 58 years, he leaves 3 daughters, Paula Hague of Fairhaven, Maureen Roy of Swansea and Anne Kadlec of Georgia; 4 grandchildren, Jonathan Thiboutot, Jennifer and Katherine Bates and Patrick Hague.
He was the son of the late Leon and Emma (Lizotte) Roy and the father of the late Michael Roy.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME,690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd., at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
