Leo Joseph Fiano, 73, of Crandall Rd., Tiverton, husband of Lillian (Albert) Fiano, died Thursday, September 13, 2007.
Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Luigi and Florida (Lagasse) Fiano, he lived in Tiverton for the past 31 years. He enjoyed bingo, singing and fishing.
Besides his wife of 31 years, he leaves, stepchildren, Carl Albert of Tiverton, Shirley Medeiros and Carol Souza and her husband Anthony, all of Fall River and David Albert and his wife Carol of Northport, FL; siblings, Norman Fiano and his wife Delores, Irene Beaulieu and Pauline Fiano, all of New Bedford, Alice Desrosiers of Oveido, FL and Jannett Cofer and her husband John of Haines City, FL; a sister-in-law Alice Fiano of Florida; 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews . He was the brother of the late Andre, Donald, Raymond and Violette Fiano and Juliette Almeida.
A funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Visitation, Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
