Lela Mae (Holbrook) Turner

Lela (Holbrook) Turner, 90 of Swansea, formerly of Fall River, widow of Richard Turner, died Sunday, October 12, 2014. She was the mother of Mary Ann Rochester, Larry Turner and Betty Lee Desmarais (husband Robert), all of Fall River, William Turner of East Taunton, Jean Barbosa (husband Mario) of Swansea and the late Emily Mello; the grandmother of Ricky and Scott Turner, David, James and George Rochester, Barbara Vieira, Brenda Desmarais, Kevin and Paul Barbosa, Donna and Kelly Mello and the late Karen Barbosa-Fernandes and David Mello and also leaves 24 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandsons.Her funeral was private.
