Kevin John Miranda

Kevin John Miranda, 52, of Pawtucket, RI, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, February 3, 2022, due to Covid related pneumonia.

Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of Therese M. (Bernier) Miranda and the late Antonio R. Miranda of Swansea, MA.  Kevin was employed by R & L Carriers, Seekonk, MA, for ten years working in their warehouse and distribution facility.  In his leisure time, his favorite pastime was fishing down Cape Cod.  He also enjoyed camping, cooking, hockey, and above all spending time with his family and dog Brody.  Kevin was an avid Boston Bruins fan and enjoyed going to games.

Kevin leaves a son, Ryan Miranda of Fall River; three grandchildren, Celina Miranda, Ryan Miranda, Jr. and Jaxson Gosson, a former spouse, Elizabeth Miranda of Fall River; a partner, Donna Bernier of Pawtucket, RI, and her children, Justin and Kayla Bernier, her grandchildren, Anthony (Uni), Nevaeh, Marley, and Christopher Sigui; Ana, Aiden, Alaric, and Alanah Bernier; Remy Cahill and her mother, Elaine David.

Kevin also leaves two sisters, Paula Bailey and her late husband Andrew of Fall River and Corinne Bowman and her husband, Daniel of Swansea; three nephews, Sergeant Zachary Bailey, U.S. Army, stationed in Georgia, Jacob Bailey of Fall River, and DJ Bowman of Fall River; two nieces, Kyra Bowman of Swansea and Alysha Bowman of Fall River.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a funeral service to be conducted at 5:30 PM in the funeral home at Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main Street, Fall River, MA.  Cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial gift in Kevin’s memory to Saint Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
