Kenneth W. Lamar, Sr.

Kenneth W. Lamar, Sr., 73, of Fall River, entered into eternal rest on April 28, 2020 at home.

He was the husband of the late Dora (Desrosiers) Lamar.

Mr. Lamar was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.

Longtime resident of Fall River, he worked many years for RN Koch corp. of Providence, RI...prior to his retirement, he was employed as a boatbuilder, by Hunt yachts Porstmouth RI..he enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a jack of all trades. He leaves many family and friends...

He leaves a son, Kenneth W. Lamar, Jr. of Fall River., a daughter, Brenda Lewis (husband Craig Lewis Sr) of Fairhaven;

7 Grandchildren…Grandsons...Chad DaSilva (wife Melissa DaSilva) , Tyler (wife Samantha), Braeton, Spencer and Craig Jr

Granddaughters...Emily, And Devon;

Great-grandchildren….Averilyn, Julian, Eleanor.and Emilia;

siblings….the late Vera Dunnington (Lee Summit MO) the late William Lamar (Attelboro MA);

He was the son of the late Benjamin and Cecil (Gibson) Lamar.

Private arrangements are entrusted to Auclair Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
