Kenneth "Jersey Red" Ford

Kenneth "Jersey Red" Ford, 74, of Fall River, husband of Nancy A. (Oliveira) Ford, entered into rest Sunday, January 10, 2016. A chef, he was Food Service Supervisor at the Fall River Nursing Home, then Culinary Arts Instructor at Durfee High School. He served in the Air Force and was a member of the American Legion. Besides his wife of 39 years, he leaves a son, Gregory D. Ford (wife Karen) and their sons Ethan and Logan, and a daughter, Kristen F. Ford (late Marques Smead) and their daughter Paxton; siblings, Margaret Wristen of California and Robert Ford and Marybeth Pascale, both of New Jersey. He was the son of the late Edward and Marion (Sweeney) Ford. His funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Name Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment, St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation, Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
