Kathleen Frazer

Kathleen M. (Ryan) Frazer, 53, of Fall River, wife of Stuart Frazer, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018.

Previously employed by STARR, she enjoyed cooking and was an avid New England sports fan.

Besides her husband of 8 years, she leaves a daughter, Amanda Lee Devens of Woonsocket, RI; a grandson, Dakota Lee LeMoine of Maine and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Cy and Evelyn Frazer of Fall River; a brother, Daniel Ryan of Florida. She was the sister of the late James and Kevin Ryan and the daughter of the late James and Patricia (Lee) Ryan.
