June Griffin

June Griffin, 80, of Somerset, MA, wife of the late Donald Griffin passed away Friday, March 17, 2017. June was a graduate of Dominican Academy and held a bachelor's degree in Home Economics from University of Rhode Island. She spent most of her career as a teacher at Somerset South and North Middle Schools, and taught early in her career at East Providence High School. June spent her life being a very proud and dedicated mom and loving grandmother. She also had a deep love for all her animals and enjoyed traveling.
She leaves a son Mark Griffin and his wife Stacey, of Castle Rock, CO. She also leaves two grandchildren, Blaire (12) and Brooke (6).She was the daughter of the late Helen and Henry Tate.
