Juliette F. (Rousseau) Raymond

Juliette F. (Rousseau) Raymond, 100, of Swansea, formerly of Fall River, wife of the late Alexandre Raymond, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella and a benefactor of the Dominican Fathers and the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena.

She leaves four children, Dr. Roger D. Raymond and his wife Margaret of Barrington, RI, Dr. Paul A. Raymond and his wife Theresa of Swansea, David A. Raymond and his wife Susan of Bel Air, MD and Rachel Sullivan and her husband Michael of Swansea; 12 grandchildren, Dr. Alexa, E. J., Gregoire, Stephen, Dr. Peter, Laura, Jeffrey and Katherine Raymond, Nicole Krotinger, Elise Ferrarese, Rebecca Hary and Sarah Williams; 25 great-grandchildren; a sister, Jeanne McGuire of Fort Myers, FL and many nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Henri and Rose Anna (Mailloux) Rousseau and the sister of the late Valeda Lagasse, Irene Letourneau, Yvonne Rioux, and Herve, Real, Leo, George, Benoit, Ange Emile, Eddy and Edgar Rousseau.

Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Mary Cathedral at 10:00 AM. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery.

Visitation, Thursday from 4:00 to 7:30 PM. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boys & Girls Club of Fall River, PO Box 5155, Fall River MA 02723 or Ronald McDonald House, 45 Gay St., Providence RI 02905.
