Joyce A. Valcourt, 58, of D Drive, Westport, died at home on Friday, April 27, 2007.
She was the companion of Brenda Enos.
Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Oscar and Louise (Chagnon) Valcourt, she resided in Fall River for many years.
A cat lover, she enjoyed playing cards, going to Newport Jai Alai and collecting porcelyn dolls.
Besides her companion, she is survived by
a son, Daniel Valcourt and his wife Nhi of Fall River,
a daughter, Tammy Valcourt of Fall River;
2 brothers, Oscar and Norman Valcourt, both of Fall River;
4 sisters, Jean King, Theresa Furtado, and Doris Butrum all of central Florida; and Cecile Rego of Fall River;
5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Claire Hancock.
Visitation Thursday morning from 9 to 11AM in AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 S. Main St. Fall River.
