Joseph Paul Waskiel

Joseph Paul Waskiel, 66, of Fall River, son of the late William and Louise (Pypniowski) Waskiel and brother of the late John Waskiel, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017. He worked in farming and in the textile industry.

Joseph was a kind, gentle soft spoken man interested in talking about History and watching National Geographic's. He loved going deep sea fishing in a boat off Point Judith with his brothers as a young boy often catching fish half his size. He often passed time drawing pictures in lead or painting pictures. He loved to assemble and paint wooden craft models of just about anything. Often sitting in a chair he would listen to music, especially country. He will be missed.

He leaves siblings, Louise Ayers (late husband George) of Fall River, William Waskiel and his wife Erna of Coventry, RI, Stanley Waskiel and his wife Karen of Rhode Island, Janice Ciosek and her husband Joseph of Westport and James Waskiel and his wife Katherine of Fairhaven and many nieces and nephews.
