Joseph Rezendes III, 61, of 1863 Pleasant St., Fall River, formerly of Wilbur and Slade St., died Tuesday, January 10, 2006, at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
He was the husband of Cynthia A. (Pingley) Rezendes.
Born in Rockland, Maine, he was the son of Ella (Curtis) Rezendes of Fall River, and the late Joseph Rezendes II, he lived in Fall River for most of his life.
He was a machine operator and worked at Benny's Dept. Store for 28 years.
Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by
a daughter, Tammy Rezendes of Fall River;
2 brothers, George Rezendes of Ohio, and Wendell Rezendes of Belmont, Maine;
3 sisters, Mary Rezendes of Maine, Rhonda Holmes, and Rose Moquin, both of Fall River;
3 grandchildren, and several nephews.
His funeral will be held Thursday, January 12, 2006 at 9:15 AM from AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 S. Main St. Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anne Church at 10 AM.
