Joseph C. Payton, Jr., 67, of Fall River, died Monday, May 3, 2010. A bricklayer, he was the son of the late Joseph and Marie (Robinson) Payton and the brother of Jo-Ann O'Beirne of AZ, Arlene King of PA and Paul Payton of NE. A family service will be announced at a later date.
