Joseph R. "Joey" Morrissette

Joseph R. "Joey" Morrissette, 64, of Fall River, a Histologist at the former Truesdale Hospital and Roger Williams Hospital, husband of Linda E. (Botelho) Morrissette, died Thursday, August 7, 2014. He was an avid sports fan. Besides his wife of 39 years he leaves, four children, Roger Lanouette of New Bedford, Katherine Moniz of NC, Keith Lanouette of Raymond, ME and Jennifer Houghton of Fairhaven; 13 grandchildren; siblings, David Morrissette of Arlington, MA and Ann Marie Silvia of Fall River and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Robert Morrissette and Loretta (Cacciabeve) Morrissette Daley and the stepson of the late Herbert Daley. His funeral service will be held Sunday afternoon at 1:00 PM at the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Cremation to follow. Visitation, Sunday prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
