Joseph S. Faria

Joseph S. Faria , 72, of 27F Rolling Green Dr., Fall River, formerly of Taunton and Westport, husband of Mary Rose (Farias) Faria, died Sunday, February 14, 2010. Born in Faial, Azores, he was employed by Swan Finishing Co. Besides his wife of 42 years, he leaves a daughter, Teresa C. Vieira and her husband Randall of North Dartmouth; two granddaughters, Sharon and Angela Vieira; siblings, Florinda and Manuel Faria, Eduina Rodrigues, Filomena Cunha and Zulmira Mattos, all of Taunton and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Jose S. and Eduina (Souto) Faria and the brother of the late Maria Gomes. His funeral will be held Wednesday at 10:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anne Church at 10:30 AM. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation, Wednesday morning prior to the funeral from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.
