Joseph R. "Joe" Costa

Joseph R. "Joe" Costa, 59, of Fall River, entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, after a long illness. He was an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan who enjoyed traveling and spending time with his nieces.

Survivors include a sister, Beverly Viveiros and her husband Jorge; two nieces, Janiah and Janessa Viveiros, all of Fall River. He was the son of the late Mary (Souza) Costa.
His funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River. Burial to follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, Stafford Rd. Fall River. Visitation will be held Thursday from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
