Jose J. Reis

Jose J. Reis, 70, of Fall River, passed away Monday, December 4, 2023.

He was the husband of the late Neli (Cordeiro) Reis.

Born in Sao Roque, St.Michael, Azores, he was the son of the late Joseph I. Dos Reis and the late Maria Concaicao (Dias) Reis.

A construction worker, he was a member of the Laborers Union.

Jose leaves three sons, Robert Reis (wife Sandy), Joseph Tuell and Kevin Reis (wife Christina); many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

He also leaves his brother, John Reis and sister Mary Lou Fernandes and was the brother of the late Raymond Reis.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 11, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River, MA.

Jose’s funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 12 at the funeral home at 11:00 A.M.

(The family will greet guests starting at 10:00 A.M.)

Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
