Jose L. Silva

Jose L. Silva, 73, of Locust St., Fall River, husband of Naomi (Amaral) Silva, died Friday, January 28, 2011. Born in Lomba de Santa Barbara, Ribeira Grande, Sao Miguel, Azores, he was employed by Advanced Cast Products Inc., South Easton. Besides his wife of 51 years, he leaves, a son, David Silva and his wife Gretchen of Fall River; 2 grandsons, Theodore Marcoux and Jared Silva; siblings, Antonio, Evelina and Veriato Silva, all of the Azores, and Fatima Silva of Vancouver, Canada; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the father of the late Jesse Silva and Pedro Michael Silva; the son of the late Jacinto da Silva Bravo and Maria Jose Lima; and the brother of the late Januar L. Silva. His funeral service will be held Monday at 1:00 PM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation, prior to the service, Monday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
