Jose F. Dias, 68, of Swansea, husband of Kathleen L. (Coates) Dias, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018.
Born in Mosteiros, St. Michael, Azores, he worked for Duro Finishing for 30 years. He enjoyed yard work, spending time with his family, taking care of his grandchildren and vacationing.
Besides his wife of 45 years, he leaves his mother, Honorina (Fernandes) Dias of Fall River; a daughter, Sandra L. Jennings and her husband Kevin and two grandchildren, Halle and Joshua Jennings all of Dartmouth; a sister, Maria C. Silva and her husband Manuel of Fall River; nine nieces and five nephews. He was the son of the late Jose Dias and the brother of the late Manuel F. Dias.
His funeral will be held Saturday, July 14 at 8:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River with a funeral mass at St. Anne Shrine at 9:00 AM. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery.
