John Minior

John Minior, 84, of Tiverton, husband of Doris M. (Charest) Minior, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017.

An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was a 34 year employee of Montaup Electric.

Besides his wife of 55 years, he leaves three children, Christopher Minior (Donna Arruda) of Swansea, Gregory Minior (Lori) of Fall River and Caroline Furtado (Mark) of Swansea; grandchildren, Christopher, Nicholas, Benjamin, Zachary, Eden and Gage Minior, Tyler and Sydney Furtado; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late John and Bridget (Pawlikowska) Minior and the brother of the late Nellie Pimental, Stella Rivers, Helen Baiocchi, Jane Blain, Alfred, Edward and Joseph Minior.

His funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Stanislaus Church at 10:00 AM. Entombment, Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum.

Visitation, Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home. Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
