John D. Lawlor, Sr.

John D. Lawlor, Sr., 86, of Riverview Towers, Milliken Boulevard, Fall River, husband of Ida (Almeida) Lawlor and former husband of the late Maureen (Cox) Lawlor, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was employed by the Brayton Point Power Station, Somerset.

Survivors include a son, John D. Lawlor, Jr. and his wife Debra; a sister, Mary Cordeiro, two grandchildren, Joshua Lawlor and Kelly Baldwin, a great-granddaughter, Stella Rose, nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Thomas J. and Mary W. (Coggeshall) Lawlor.

A graveside service will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
