John J. Enos, Sr.

John J. Enos, Sr., 83, of Fall River, husband of the late Yvette (Melanson) Enos, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017.

An Army veteran of the Korean War, he owned and operated the former Fall River Fireplace and Venos, Inc. and enjoyed dancing, traveling, music and his family. His two favorite sayings were "Let's make it a good day" and "Blah, Blah, Blah".

He leaves two children, Donna E. Burke and her partner Susan West of Amherst, NH and John J. Enos, Jr., FRFD and his wife Shawna of Fall River; three grandsons, John Thomas, William Joseph and Brayden Enos; his fiancée of seven years, Mary Ann Xavier of Fall River
and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Manuel and Mary (Martin) Enos and the brother of the late Lillian Enos, Evelyn Silvia and Alice Cambra.

His funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Trinity Church at 10:00 AM. Entombment, Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum.

Visitation, Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
