John Daniel Decosta

John Daniel DeCosta, 57, of Dighton, formerly of Fall River and Las Vegas, son of the late Edward and Lorraine (Perry) DeCosta and brother of the late Tracey DeCosta, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017. He lived his teen years in Taunton.

He served in the Air Force and was employed by Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics. He was a fan of the New England Sports Teams and enjoyed playing pool, poker and cooking. A loyal friend and dedicated son, brother and uncle, he loved everyone 2nd. to Jesus.

He leaves siblings, Deborah Caporaso and Edward Michael DeCosta, both of Las Vegas, NV, Joann Desrochers and Catherine Cook, both of Fall River, Lisa Decosta of Taunton, Kimberly DeCosta of Fall River and Melanie Mulkerrins of North Carolina and many nieces and nephews.

His funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 15 at Hillside Bible Baptist Church, 2388 County St., Route 138, Dighton. Interment, Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Auclair Funeral Home.
