John Costanzo

John Costanzo, 54, of Highland Ave., Fall River, formerly of Osborn St., died Saturday, February 25, 2006 at Catholic Memorial Home. He was the husband of Cheryl (Diehl) Costanzo of Maryland and Fall River and the former companion of Lynn Medeiros of Fall River. Born in Boston, the son of Santo Costanzo of Somerville, MA and the late Barbara (Merlini) Costanzo, he lived in Fall River for many years. A Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Disabled American Veterans, he owned and operated A-Z Marine Repair. Besides his wife, father and former companion, survivors include 2 daughters, Suzie Costanzo of Pembroke, MA and Danielle Costanzo of Columbia, Maryland; a son, John Costanzo, Jr. of Pembroke; 2 stepdaughters, Jamie and Sarah Medeiros of Fall River; a sister, Ann Noonan of Minnesota; a brother, Thomas Costanzo of Florida and dear friends and caregivers, James and Nancy Medeiros of Fall River. He was the father of the late Michael Costanzo. A funeral service will be held Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River.
