Jo Ann "Lyric" Hayes Hancock

Jo Ann "Lyric" Hayes Hancock, 45, born in Louisville KY, of Fall River, MA, entered into rest on Sunday, October 2, 2016, after fighting a long illness.

Jo Ann was the daughter of the late Brenda Sue Hayes Coulombe and Charles Bosley and the stepdaughter of the late Norman Coulombe.

Jo Ann was a Certified Nursing Assistant who was employed most recently at Somerset Ridge. She loved to write poetry and listen to music. Her greatest passion besides her family was singing and you could be sure there was nowhere she would go without someone hearing her voice.

She is survived by beloved children Christopher Robinson of Nevada, Deschanette, Ravon and Isabella Robinson, and Destiny and Danielle Canuel of Fall River; grandchildren Olivia and Johnathan Matos, Sophia and Aniyah Robinson, Alexander Howes, and Javon Leo; siblings Deborah Hayes of Fall River, Michael Hayes of Nevada and Douglas Hayes of Kentucky; and nephews Matthew and Andrew Neto. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who always focused on the needs of her family.

Visitation Saturday, October 8, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
