Jeremiah "Jerry" Mello, 49, of Fall River, son of the late Alberto and Hilda (Tavares) Mello, entered into rest, Sunday, November 20, 2016.
He enjoyed fishing and was an avid sports fan, especially of the Bruins and Patriots.
He leaves a daughter, Tiffany Souza of Dartmouth, MA; siblings, Lucy DeMelo and her husband Joseph of Fall River, Lina Belchior and her husband Luis of Berkley, MA, Neomi Albergaria and her husband Richard of Somerset, Mario Mello and his wife Filomena of Fall River, Natalie Sousa (late husband Paul) of Fall River and John Mello of Portugal; and many nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Good Shepherd Church at 11:00 a.m.
Visitation, Friday morning prior to the funeral from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
