Jeannette D. (Bernier) Levesque

Jeannette D. (Bernier) Levesque, 91, of Fall River, wife of the late Joseph O. Levesque and mother of the late Gerald "Gerry" Levesque, passed away Saturday, August 19, 2017.

Mrs. Levesque and her late husband operated the former Levesque Florist for many years. They were members of the International Order of Alhambra and enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and Canada. She also enjoyed dining and shopping.

She Leaves two children, Claudette Levesque Ware and her husband Bradley and Maurice "Moe" Levesque, all of Fall River; four sisters, Cecile Fontaine of Westport, MA, Clarisse Bedard of Tiverton, Pauline Bernier of Sudbury, MA and Rita Michaud of Bristol, CT and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Malvina (Samson) Bernier and the sister of the late Bernadette Richard and Normand, Roger, Gerard, Fernand, Lucien and Rene Bernier.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Name Church at 10:00 AM. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery.

Visitation, Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home. Donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham MA 02452.
