Jeannette Jolly

Jeannette (Guilmette) Jolly, 90, of 2446 Highland Ave., Fall River, formerly of 102 South Main St., died Sunday, January 29, 2006 at Catholic Memorial Home, following a long illness. She was the wife of the late George Jolly. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Albertina (St. Pierre) Guilmette, she lived in Fall River and Somerset for many years and in Palm Springs, California for 14 years. She was a certified nursing assistant at Crawford House Nursing Home, Fall River and by Bellevue Nursing Home, Washington State. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting and knitting. She is survived by a daughter, Jean Michaud of Fall River ; a son, Peter Jolly and his wife Connie of Phoenix, Arizona; a sister, Adele DesForges of Fall River, 6 grandchildren, Billie Jean Jolly, Michael Michaud, Janet Owen, and Carl , Ivan and Maria Olsen. a great-grandson, Joshua Owen and nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Robert Jolly and the sister of the late Albert and Wilfred Guilmette, Julianna Cordeiro, Irene Paulino, Blanche Cote and Bertha Hunt. A funeral service will be held Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Calling hours Wednesday evening prior to the service From 5:00 to 6:30 PM.
