Jeanne (Bernier) Ross

Jeanne (Bernier) Ross, 96, Oliver St., Fall River, widow of Edgar A. Ross, died Thursday, April 2, 2009. A loving and devoted mother and accomplished pianist, she enjoyed traveling and dancing. She leaves, 4 daughters, Jacqueline Johnson and her husband Carlton of Portsmouth, RI, Diane Wall and her husband Arnold of Atlanta, GA, Paulette Pavao and her husband Richard of Fall River and Janet Bornemann and her husband Richard of Acton, MA; 8 grandchildren, Mark and David Johnson, Christopher and Michael Wall, Michael and Kristen Pavao and Erik and Kira Bornemann; a great-grandson, Alexander Schneider; siblings, Irene Aubin and Helen Coulombe, both of Fall River and Angeline Valcourt of Somerset and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Georgianna (Couture) Bernier and the sister of the late Herve and Paul Bernier. Following cremation, a memorial mass will be held Monday, April 13, in St. Mary Cathedral at 11:00 AM. Visitation and flowers omitted.
