Jeanne D. (Patenaude) Levesque

Jeanne D. (Patenaude) Levesque, 77, of Fall River, wife of Joseph Roger V. Levesque, FRFD, Ret., passed away, Sunday, February 5, 2017.

She was employed by the former J.J. Newberry, Pet Department, Sanford Yarns and the Chace Curtain Mfg. Cafeteria. She was a longtime member of the former Blessed Sacrament Parish and a member of the St. Anne Fraternity Pitch League. Jeanne and her husband enjoyed motor home camping with their grandchildren, especially on the Cape Cod Canal.

Besides her husband of 56 years, she leaves two children, Diane J. Thibeault (late husband Donald) of Westport and Donald R. Levesque (Kelley Walsh) of Fall River; grandchildren, Derek J. Thibeault (Bridget Finnerty), Daniel R. Thibeault (Kristine) Cora Lee Levesque (Brandon Medeiros) and Courtney Levesque (Stephen Donovan); great-grandchildren, D. J., Aiden, Lacey and Nora Thibeault, Deven Gorman and Jadyn Donovan; step-grandson, Glenn Catt, III; two sisters, Lorraine Belanger (Aime "Moe") and Gertrude Leandro Bower, all of Fall River; and nieces and nephews. She was daughter of the late Leo J. and Lucie (Dion) Patenaude and the sister of the late Irene Cabral (late Francisco "Frank") and the late Ronald Patenaude (Joyce of North Dartmouth).

Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Ghost Church, Tiverton, at 10:00 AM. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery.

Visitation, Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southcoast Hospice, 200 Mill Rd., Fairhaven MA 02719.
