Jay R. Kelly

Jay R. Kelly, 40, of Fall River, died unexpectedly Thursday, October 27, 2005 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the longtime companion of Kim Reed of Fall River. Born in Fall River, the son of the late John D. and Joan (Rounds) Kelly, he lived in Fall River and in Tiverton for many years. He was very fond of music. He especially loved "The Pretenders" and was a member of their "Talk of the Town" Fan Club. He enjoyed spending time with his youngest nephew Michael, his niece Nicole and step-granddaughter Destiny. Besides his companion of many years, he leaves a sister, Joyce Kelly of Tiverton; a brother, Jack Kelly and his wife Doreen of Tiverton; an aunt, Norma Froias of Fall River; a niece and 5 nephews. Following cremation, a gathering of family & friends will take place Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Patriots Club, Shove St. Tiverton.
