Jason Prefontaine

Jason Prefontaine, 27, of Fall River, formerly of Tiverton, died Thursday, May 21, 2015. A graduate of Tiverton High School, he studied at Bristol Community College. He was the son of Bridget (Prefontaine) Durfee of Tiverton and the late David Branconnier; the stepson of Edmund Durfee of Tiverton; the grandson of Paulette (Doucette) Prefontaine of Fall River and the late Jean Prefontaine; the brother of John Prefontaine (wife Kendra) and Nathan Branconnier, all of Fall River; the step-grandson of Edmund and Natalie (Soares) Durfee of Fall River and the nephew of Norma Brophy and Diane Forand, both of Fall River and Claudine O'Donnell of Connecticut and also leaves many cousins. Visitation, at the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, Sunday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 1:30 p.m. LARGE PARKING AREA & BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
