James H. Amidon

James H. Amidon, 64, of Somerset, formerly of Vermont and New Hampshire, husband of Linda (Taraska) Amidon, died Friday, December 20, 2013. A loan officer, he was employed by the former Slade's Ferry Trust Co. and Notre Dame Credit Union. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and member of the American Legion, Keene, NH. Besides his wife of 42 years he leaves, 2 children, Kristie Lee Vieira and her husband Justin of Somerset and Timothy James Amidon and his wife Simone of Keene; 2 grandchildren, Alexis Dana Marques and Trevor Amidon; a brother, Terrence Amidon of Hinsdale, NH and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Hayden and Catherine (Hogan) Amidon and the brother of the late Timothy Amidon. Private funeral arrangements entrusted to AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So.
