Irene (Lemieux) Laberge

Irene (Lemieux) Laberge, 90, of Fall River, widow of Albert Laberge, died Monday, January 7, 2008. She was employed by Berkshire Hathaway, Morse Shoe Store and Kerr Mill Bargain Center, attended the Maplewood-Niagara Senior Center, enjoyed bowling and walked several miles daily. She was the daughter of the late Elzear and Adelia (Smith) Lemieux and the sister of the late Lionel Lemieux, Ida Roy, Jeannette Ferris and Bermonde Deschenes. She was the aunt of Sister Rita Deschenes, SSJ, Lauretta Gonyon, Irene, Paul, Robert and Albert Deschenes, Claudette St.Laurent, Pauline Birge, Lucille Tarvis, Anne Marie Mayes, Alice Beauchesne, Joyce Cornacchio, and the late Robert Ferris, Doris Vallee and Raymond and Richard Deschenes. Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Trinity Church at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Thursday 5:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA & BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
