Irene E. (Taylor) Francoeur

Irene E. (Taylor) Francoeur, 90, of Fall River, wife of the late Rene B. Francoeur, passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021.

A former employee of McWhirr's Dept. Store and Schnierson's, she was also a member of the Tenant Club. She enjoyed knitting, playing cards and Bingo.

She leaves two daughters Karen Rezendes (husband David) of Assonet and Donna Thibault of Fall River; four grandchildren, Michael Brabant, David Rezendes, Vanessa Carvalho and Matthew Rezendes; seven great-grandchildren, Bishop and Micha Brabant, Hunter and Trent Carvalho, Killian Dopart and Scarlett and Juliette Rezendes; a sister, Marion Huff and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph and James Taylor, Margaret Manville and Beryl Rochon and the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Day) Taylor.

Her funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10:00 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, St. Patrick's Cemetery.
