Irene M. (Pelletier) Bienvenue

Irene M. (Pelletier) Bienvenue, 89, of Pleasant St., Somerset, died Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at Saint Anne's Hospital, Fall River. She was the wife of Robert J. Bienvenue. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Joseph and Elmire (Levesque) Pelletier, she lived in Somerset for the past 60 years. A graduate of the former Dominican Academy, she was employed by Potash and Pelletier Garment Manufacturing, Fall River Properties and Lenore's Clothing Store. A member of St. Louis de France Parish, she was a 55 year member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary, Somerset. Besides her husband of 60 years, survivors include a son, Dennis R. Bienvenue and his wife Susan of Somerset; a daughter, Louise Wrobleski and her husband William of Tamworth, New Hampshire; 5 grandchildren, Kristine Bienvenue, Jennifer Botelho and Jason, Abram and Seth Wrobleski; 5 great-grandchildren, Courtney Dzialo, Jake Botelho and Isabel, Bryson and Aaron Wrobleski and nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Benoit J. Pelletier. Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Louis de France Church, Swansea at 9:30 AM. Burial, Nathan Slade Cemetery, Somerset. Calling hours Thursday 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
