Humberto F. Dasilva

Humberto F. DaSilva, 87, of Westport, formerly of Fall River, husband of Irene (Lebeau) DaSilva, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017. A soft spoken, kind and considerate gentleman, he was a longtime employee of P. F. Industries, Bristol, RI.

Besides his wife of 64 years, he leaves two daughters, Anne Marie DaSilva (formerly Medeiros) of Westport and Linda DaSilva of Fall River, five grandchildren, Gary M. DaSilva, Kevin Gordon, Anthony DaSilva, Jordan G. Harrop and Jace B. Medeiros; two great-grandchildren, Vanderlei and Kaelani DaSilva; two sisters, Adriana Hilleman of California and Mary Neves (late husband Gilbert) of Bristol, RI and nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Michael G. DaSilva, the brother of the late Natalie Harkleroad and the son of the late Jacinto and Maria Lydia (Ferreira) daSilva.

His funeral will be held Friday at 9:15 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity Church. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery.

Visitation Friday morning prior to funeral from 8:00 to 9:15 AM.
