Howard Blackburn

Howard "Howie" Blackburn, 58, of Middle St. Fall River, formerly of Hamlet St. Fall River, died Thursday, December 30, 2004 at Saint Anne Hospital, Fall River. He was the former husband of Lucille (Botelho) Blackburn. A lifelong resident of Fall River, he was the son of Clara (Ainsworth) Blackburn of Fall River and the late John E. Blackburn. He was employed by the former Sarama Lighting, Fall River for many years. Besides his mother, he leaves a son, Brian Blackburn of Fall River, 5 brothers, John Blackburn, Jr. of Cary, Illinois , James Blackburn of Tiverton, Carl Blackburn of Snow Camp, NC, Thomas Blackburn of Providence, RI and Paul Blackburn of Fall River, 3 sisters, Beverly Malone of Portsmouth Elizabeth Blackburn and Carol Blackburn, both of Fall River; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation Monday from 3-6 p.m in AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 S. Main St. Fall River with a funeral service following at 6 p.m. Cremation to follow.
