Henry P. Turgeon, 90, of Kennedy St., Fall River, husband of Amalie (Mederlein) Turgeon, died Sunday, November 18, 2012. An Army veteran of WW II, he owned and operated the former Henry's Television Service for many years. A Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics and Patriots fan, he was a member of the German Club of Bristol County and enjoyed yard work, Hershey Kisses and Oreos. He especially enjoyed traveling to Germany with his wife to visit her family in addition to joining his niece and nephew for many activities. Besides his wife of 63 years, he leaves a son, Paul Turgeon of Quincy and many nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Ernest and Alexandrine (Pelland) Turgeon and the brother of the late Frances Laliberte, Alice Moquin, Germaine Giambelluca, and Albert, Ernest, Romeo and Edward Turgeon. His funeral will be held Wednesday at 10:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Trinity Church at 11:30 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, TODAY, TUESDAY 4:00 to 7:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
