Henry Melo

Honorato "Henry" Melo, 56, of Fall River, husband of Ana (Almeida) Melo and son of Maria (Benevides) Melo of Fall River and the late Manuel Melo, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, June 14, 2017.

A certified financial planner with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, he received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Roger Williams University and earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from Johnson & Wales University.

Besides his wife of 17 years and mother, he leaves, a son, Nicholas Melo of Fall River; brothers, Michael Melo and his wife Sandra of North Dartmouth and Horace Melo; an aunt, Leotilde Melo of Fall River; his mother-in-law, Lidia Almeida and sister-in-law Nelia Almeida.

His funeral will be held Monday at 9:30 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Santo Christo Church at 10:30 AM. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery.

Visitation, Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home. Donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
