Henri L. "Pete" Lapointe

Henri L. "Pete" Lapointe, 71, of Stanley St., Fall River, husband of Annette (Cousineau) Lapointe, died Wednesday, December 10, 2014. He was employed by Zayre Department Stores, Ames Department Stores and Namco Pool and Patio. He enjoyed golf, boating, fishing and gardening. Besides his wife of 50 years, he leaves five children, Charles G. Lapointe (Alvaro Gonzalvez) of Brooklyn, NY, Michelle Lapointe and Paul Lapointe (Laurie Gaudette), all of Fall River, Henri D. Lapointe (Jennifer Erikson) of Fall River and Warwick, RI and Nicole Furtado (Neil) of Fall River; grandchildren, Cody, Leah and David Lapointe, Summer Erikson and Andrew and Jacob Furtado; siblings, Joseph "Gerry" Lapointe of Connecticut and Lucille Beaulieu (Philip) of Somerset and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Charles and Imelda (Gagnon) Lapointe and the brother of the late Claire Copass. His funeral will be held Monday at 12:00 noon from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Mary Cathedral at 1:00 PM. Entombment, Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation, Sunday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM.
