Helen L. Courser

Helen L. (Swist) Courser, 75, of Fall River, formerly of Portsmouth, and Swansea, passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

A wonderful mother and grandmother, Helen loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved going to the beach, riding horses on the beach, riding her motorcycle, and being active.

Helen is survived by her sons, Richard E. Courser, Jr. (wife Lisa), and Thomas Courser (wife Rhonda); her grandchildren, Jared Silva, Kari Elias, Christopher Courser, and Cassandra Courser; and her siblings, Barbara Grimes, Thomas B. Swist, and Anastasia Helger.

She was the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Helen (Bloniasz) Swist; mother of the late Kevin Courser; sister of the late Maureen Brooks; and former wife of the late Richard E. Courser.
