Gisele (Nasser) Nasser

Gisele Nasser, 84, of Fall River, widow of Elie Nasser, died Monday, May 6, 2013. Born in Alexandria, Egypt, she moved to Queens, NY, in 1983, and lived in Fall River since 1997. Gisele was a gifted storyteller; sharing her life story with others brought her great joy. Gisele always kept busy, she loved traveling and was continuously cultivating new friendships. She was an active volunteer of Saint Anne's Hospital, Church of the Virgin Mary (Brooklyn, NY), and St. Anthony of the Desert Parish. Gisele was the daughter of the late Attorney Philippe A. Nasser and Yvonne (Karama) Nasser; the mother of Dr. Bassem Nasser (wife Doris Nasser) of Fall River, Dr. Adel Nasser (wife Dr. Noris Carrasco) of Queens, NY, and the late Dina Nasser; the grandmother of Marla Nasser, Monica Nasser, Elliot Nasser, and Eddie Nasser. Gisele was the sister of the late Dr. Rene Nasser (wife Marie Therese "Mizette" Nasser) of Fall River, she is also survived by her brothers Gabriel Nasser (late wife Salima Nasser) and Richard Nasser (wife Leila Nasser) all of Queens, NY. Her funeral will be held Saturday, May 11, at 9:00 a.m. from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anthony of the Desert Church, North Eastern Ave., at 10:00 a.m.. Interment, St. Patrick Cemetery, 2233 Robeson St., Fall River. Visitation, Friday, May 10, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
