George J. Breault

October 25, 1953 — September 10, 2023

George J. Breault, 69, of Fall River, a retired City of Fall River Cemetery Dept. foreman, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023.

He was the husband of Debrah M. (Sullivan) Breault.

He graduated from high school in Germany, where he was stationed in the Army.  After being discharged from the Army, George earned an Associate Degree in Business from Fisher Junior College.  He was employed by the City of Fall River for many years, working as a foreman at Oak Grove Cemetery.

In his free time, George enjoyed playing pool, imitating Elvis, playing his guitar with his band, going to casinos and spending time with his grandchildren.  He was a member of both the American Legion and the AMVETS.

Besides his wife of 42 years, he leaves two children, Jason Sullivan of Fall River and Crystall-Lee Dupras (husband Donald Dupras, Jr.); five grandchildren, Mason Dupras, Leila Dupras, Cameron Sullivan, Brennan Sullivan and Jason Sullivan, Jr., a great-grandson; four brothers, Norman Breault (late wife Flossie), Henry Brault (late wife Georgette), John Breault (wife Lori and Det.Donald Breault, FRPD, Ret. (wife Jean); numerous nieces and nephews.

George was the brother of the late Francis Breault, Anna Fillion, Fannie Braz and Ernest Breault and the son of the late Henry and Mary (Desrosiers) Breault.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 13 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River.  A military honors ceremony will be held at 6:00 PM during the visitation.

Cremation to follow.
