Geoffrey F. Lanigan, Jr.

Geoffrey F. Lanigan, Jr., 79, of Tiverton, formerly of the Boston area, passed away March 20, 2024.

He was the husband of Barbara (Couture) Lanigan of Fall River and the former husband of Patricia (Scott) Lanigan.

Geoffrey was the owner and operator of J & J Linen Service, Fall River.

Geoffrey was an avid reader, loved fancy cars and attending car shows. His favorite pastime was family cookouts and gatherings, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Besides his wife, he leaves seven children, Geoffrey Lanigan, Christine McCarthy, Tracy Lanigan Casey, Patricia Barrows, Denise Lanigan, Karen Furtado and Kimberlee Lescault; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was the brother of the late Bernice Cole and Mary Claire Ford and the son of the late Geoffrey F. Lanigan, Sr. and Elsie (Martin) Lanigan.
