Gabriel A. Sousa

Gabriel A. Sousa, 58, of Fall River, beloved husband of Nancy (Almeida) Sousa, was called into heaven on, Monday, December 21, 2015. A graduate of Diman Regional Technical High School, he was a tool and die maker employed at Valentine Tool & Stamping Inc. Gabriel also loved gardening and spending time with his grandson Henry. Besides his wife of 33 years, he leaves three daughters, Theresa E. Jenner and her husband Christian, Julie-Ann Sousa and her fiancé Jason Aponte and Amanda Sousa, all of Fall River; a grandson, Henry Jenner; siblings, Jose DeSousa, Antonio, Alfred and John Sousa; as well as many nieces and nephews. Born in Ponta Garca, St. Michael, Azores, he was the son of the late Antonio and Antonia (Amaral) Sousa. His funeral will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Name Church at 12:00 noon. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Sunday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
