Frederick Joseph Lovett, V, beloved husband, devoted son, and cherished brother, passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 34. He was the loving husband of Ashley Elizabeth Hebert. They shared 13 years together, 3 of those years spent in marriage.
Frederick brought joy and unity to all who knew him. He was known for his love of family, particularly for his, with whom he shared an unbreakable bond. His spirit was one of togetherness always striving to keep everyone connected and engaged.
Frederick’s passion for adventure was evident in his fondness for riding motorcycles, an activity he shared with his father-in-law, brother-in-law, and his brothers in the Star Riders of Tiverton, RI, of which he was a former member. Fishing was another way Frederick found peace and connection with nature, often spending time in serene settings where he could relax and reflect.
He is survived by his cousin, Nathan Paul Sweetburg, whom he and his wife have permanent custody of, and over the past eight years, taken care of him like their son. He is also survived by his father, Frederick Joseph Lovett IV, his brothers, Barry Houtman, Trevor Lopes, and Dakota Houtman; his nephew, Hayden; his niece, Raylah; his mother-in-law, Lisa Hebert; his brother-in-law, Jared Christopher Hebert; both of his grandfathers, Frederick Joseph Lovett, III and Edward Sweetburg; and many aunts and uncles.
Frederick was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Lynn Sweetburg, his father-in-law, Fred Lee Hebert, and his uncle, Edward Sweetburg, Jr.
