Frances D. "Fran" (Rivera) Turgeon

Frances D. "Fran" (Rivera) Turgeon, 69, of Somerset, formerly of Fall River, wife of Maurice "Butch" Turgeon, died Wednesday, September 5, 2012. A Certified Pharmacy Technician, she was employed by Union Hospital and Charlton Memorial Hospital for forty years. Fran and Butch were to celebrate their 50th. wedding anniversary this coming November 17th. Besides her husband, she leaves three children, Suzette Mitchell (Doug) of Rehoboth, Jay Turgeon (Tracey Murphy) of Westport and Keith Turgeon of Fall River; grandchildren, Justin Mitchell (Priscilla) and Niall Mitchell; a great-granddaughter, Victoria Mitchell; siblings, Bill, Ralpheta and Pete Rivera and Davida Garlington, all of Las Vegas; and many nieces and nephews. Following cremation, her funeral mass will be held Saturday, September 22, at 10:00 AM, at St. Patrick Church, Somerset. Visitation and flowers omitted.
