Frances (Piekos) Staffa

Frances (Piekos) Staffa, 93, of Fall River, widow of Joseph S. Staffa, died Saturday, August 4, 2012. A graduate of BMC Durfee High School, she was a member of the Holy Rosary Society of Holy Cross Parish. She leaves a daughter, Christine Cote and her husband Richard; granddaughters, Suzanne Cote and her fiancé Jamie Boissoneault and Elizabeth Cote; and a great-grandson, Nicholas Boissoneault, all of Fall River; and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Symon and Franciska (Zajchowska) Piekos. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Cross Church of Saints Peter and Paul Parish, Pulaski St., at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Tuesday morning prior to the funeral from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
